Wholesale Pallet Sales
Effective Date: October 2026
When you order from Wholesale Pallet Sales, we want you to know what happens next. We understand that many of our customers are buying inventory to stock their stores, fill online orders, or keep their resale businesses running. Waiting for a shipment without knowing when it will arrive can be frustrating.
That’s why we’ve put together this shipping policy to explain how we prepare orders, arrange freight deliveries, calculate delivery times, and handle problems that may come up along the way.
Whether you’re ordering one pallet or purchasing merchandise in larger quantities, here’s what you should know about getting your order delivered.
1. Shipping at a Glance

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier schedules, and transportation conditions can sometimes affect the original delivery estimate.
2. Shipping Costs
One of the things customers often want to know before buying a pallet is how much shipping will cost.
We offer free standard shipping to addresses throughout the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. This includes Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum purchase requirement.
We want our customers to be able to see the merchandise price without having to worry about a standard shipping charge being added at checkout.
Depending on the size and type of your order, we arrange delivery using parcel carriers, freight companies, or truckload transportation.
Our free shipping generally includes:
- Standard parcel delivery for eligible merchandise.
- Freight transportation for pallet orders.
- Truckload transportation for qualifying bulk orders.
- Residential delivery where available.
- Liftgate service when required and available.
- Carrier coordination and delivery scheduling.
A few services are not included in standard free shipping, such as inside delivery, unpacking, and special expedited transportation.
Additional carrier charges may also apply if delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address information, missed appointments, or unloading delays.
If a special delivery service or additional charge is needed, we’ll explain it before proceeding whenever possible.
3. Where Your Order Ships From
Our merchandise may be fulfilled through our available warehouse and shipping partners, depending on the product and its location.
Some inventory may ship from a different location than other products. When applicable, the shipping origin will be provided in the product listing or order information.
We arrange transportation based on the size, quantity, and location of the merchandise being purchased.
4. Where We Ship
We serve wholesale customers throughout the United States.
Our standard shipping area includes all 50 states and Washington, D.C., including:
- Texas
- Florida
- California
- New York
- Georgia
- Arizona
- Illinois
- Pennsylvania
- Ohio
- Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to U.S. territories and international destinations may also be available, but these orders require a separate shipping quote.
If you’re located outside the standard delivery area, contact us before ordering so we can discuss the available transportation options and costs.
We do not guarantee delivery to every international destination.
5. Order Processing and Handling
Once your payment has cleared, we begin getting your order ready.
Our normal handling time is 1–2 business days.
This is the time needed to confirm the order, prepare the merchandise, arrange transportation, and coordinate with the appropriate carrier.
Depending on the order, preparation may include:
- Confirming the purchased merchandise.
- Checking the order details.
- Preparing pallets for transportation.
- Securing and labeling the shipment.
- Arranging freight pickup.
- Preparing shipping documentation.
Payments received after 2:00 p.m. Central Time, on weekends, or on federal holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
After the carrier collects your shipment, we’ll share the tracking information when it becomes available.
If something causes your order to take longer than expected, we’ll make reasonable efforts to let you know.
6. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Not every order travels the same way. A smaller package and a full pallet require different transportation arrangements.
We choose the shipping method based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of your order.
| Shipping Method | Common Orders | Estimated Transit |
|---|---|---|
| Parcel Carrier | Smaller packages and eligible products | 2–5 business days |
| LTL Freight | Individual pallets and multiple pallets | 2–5 business days |
| Truckload | Large wholesale orders and full loads | 2–5 business days |
In most cases, customers can expect their orders within approximately 3–7 business days after payment clears, including handling time.
Please understand that these are estimates. A carrier may need additional time for remote destinations, freight scheduling, or unexpected transportation delays.
Truckload deliveries may require an appointment with the person receiving the merchandise.
We do not promise expedited or guaranteed-date delivery unless we have specifically confirmed it in writing.
7. Additional Delivery Charges
We try to keep shipping simple by including standard U.S. delivery in the purchase price.
However, certain situations are outside our control and may result in additional charges from the carrier.
For example:
- The shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect.
- A delivery appointment is missed.
- Nobody is available to receive the shipment.
- The carrier needs to make another delivery attempt.
- A truckload takes longer than the carrier’s included unloading time.
- Additional delivery services are requested after dispatch.
If the carrier bills us for one of these situations, the actual applicable charge may be passed on to the customer.
We will provide an explanation of the charge and supporting information when available.
We do not add restocking fees.
8. What to Do When Your Pallet Arrives
We recommend checking your delivery before signing the carrier’s paperwork.
We know customers are often excited to receive their inventory, but taking a few minutes to inspect the shipment can make a big difference if something is wrong.
When your order arrives:
- Count the pallets or packages and compare them with the delivery paperwork.
- Look for broken wrapping, crushed corners, open cartons, or visible damage.
- Take photographs of anything that doesn’t look right.
- Write any visible damage or missing merchandise on the delivery receipt.
- Keep a copy of the signed paperwork.
If you notice damage, document it before the driver leaves whenever possible.
If the shipment appears to be the wrong order or has suffered serious damage, contact us before refusing the delivery so we can help determine the next steps.
9. Local Pickup
Some customers prefer collecting their merchandise rather than arranging delivery.
Local pickup may be available for certain orders, depending on inventory location and warehouse arrangements.
If you’d like to collect your order, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether pickup is possible.
Once approved, we’ll provide the pickup location, appointment details, and instructions.
Please wait for confirmation before traveling to a warehouse. We want to make sure your order is ready and someone is available to assist with the collection.
Customers should inspect their merchandise and report any visible concerns before leaving the pickup location.
10. Using Your Own Freight Carrier
If you already work with a freight company or have your own transportation arrangements, you may contact us to ask about using your preferred carrier.
This option depends on the location of the merchandise and whether the order has already been prepared for shipment.
If approved, we’ll coordinate the collection arrangements and explain any requirements your carrier needs to follow.
Customers arranging their own transportation are responsible for the carrier’s charges and transportation arrangements.
11. Shipping Delays and Missing Orders
We do our best to keep orders moving, but shipping delays can happen even when everything has been prepared correctly.
Sometimes a shipment gets held up because of severe weather, busy freight terminals, carrier scheduling, or other circumstances that neither the customer nor our business can control.
If your tracking information hasn’t changed for several business days, or your delivery is taking longer than expected, please reach out.
We’ll review the available tracking information and contact the carrier when necessary.
If a shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be located, we’ll work with you to determine an appropriate resolution under our applicable policies.
Depending on the circumstances and inventory availability, this may include a refund or replacement.
12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
There are situations where a carrier cannot complete a delivery.
This can happen because an address is incorrect, nobody is available to receive the shipment, or the carrier cannot reach the customer to arrange delivery.
If you know you won’t be available for delivery, please contact us as early as possible.
If a shipment is returned because of incorrect delivery information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional transportation charges may apply.
Any refund for an undeliverable shipment will be handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
If you’re unsure whether to accept or refuse a delivery, contact us first. We may be able to help avoid unnecessary return transportation costs.
13. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
We understand that receiving damaged or incorrect merchandise is disappointing, especially when you’re buying inventory for your business.
If something is wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving or collecting your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your name and order number.
- A brief explanation of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the merchandise.
- Pictures of damaged packaging, if applicable.
- A copy of the delivery receipt, when available.
This information helps us understand what happened and determine how best to resolve the issue.
Please keep the affected merchandise and packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim.
Shipping-related claims will be handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
14. International and U.S. Territory Orders
We understand that some customers operate businesses outside the United States and may be interested in purchasing merchandise from us.
For shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and international destinations, customers must request a separate shipping quote.
The final quote will depend on the destination, shipment size, weight, and available transportation options.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please check the import requirements in your country before placing an order.
International delivery times may vary because of customs inspections, transportation availability, and local delivery arrangements.
15. Changing Your Shipping Address
Please take a moment to double-check your delivery address before completing checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
We can usually review address changes before an order has shipped. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, changes may be more difficult and may involve additional fees.
If the carrier charges for an address correction or rerouting request, the applicable cost may be passed on to the customer.
We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible once the shipment is in transit.
16. Delivery Responsibility
For shipments arranged by Wholesale Pallet Sales, we coordinate with the shipping carrier and work to address transportation issues that arise before delivery.
For standard deliveries, the order is considered delivered when it reaches the agreed delivery address and is accepted by the customer or an authorized recipient.
For approved local pickups or customer-arranged transportation, responsibility transfers according to the agreed collection and release arrangements.
We encourage customers to inspect their merchandise upon arrival and report any concerns within the applicable reporting period.
Nothing in this policy removes any rights customers may have under applicable law.
